These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KISS Sprint Planner application (“App”) and related services provided by Lee Phillips, doing business as Kiss Tools (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is provided to enhance Jira functionality. You agree to use the App only:

2. App Availability
We strive to keep the App available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
3. Data Handling
Our handling of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We do not claim ownership of your Jira data.
4. No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid for the App, if any
6. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Jira.
We may terminate or suspend access if these Terms are violated.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
